Orestes “Rus” Brown

Orestes “Rus” Brown is a civil litigator with a diverse practice primarily focused on complex business litigation, real estate litigation and class actions.  Rus has successfully represented both U.S. and international clients throughout Massachusetts in state and federal trial courts, appellate courts, administrative proceedings and mediation.  Rus began his career in real estate (title claims, municipal permitting, and construction) litigation, simple contract litigation and trust and estate litigation and has since developed extensive experience in complex business litigation involving partnership and shareholder disputes, securities fraud, employment litigation and consumer class actions.  Rus has been managing complex jury trials and discovery for over
20 years and currently manages a wide array of real estate litigation, business disputes and class actions.
